This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately through the official support details provided on the website. Cancellation approval is subject to order status verification.
3. Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Payment authorization failure
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
If payment has already been processed, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
4. Return Eligibility
Returns will only be accepted if:
The product is damaged during transit
The product delivered is incorrect
The product has a manufacturing defect
The customer must notify us within [48 hours / 72 hours] of delivery with proper proof (clear images or video evidence).
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for return approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or opened products
Products damaged due to misuse
Products without original packaging
Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
For hygiene-sensitive categories (if applicable), returns may not be accepted once opened.
6. Refund Process
Once a return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout. We do not offer cash refunds.
If payment was made through PayU India, the refund will be processed through the same payment gateway in accordance with RBI guidelines and payment provider policies.
7. Refund Timelines
Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and may take 5–10 additional business days.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product or defective item).
In cases of approved damaged or incorrect items, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed at our discretion.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are advised to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
We reserve the right to provide transaction and delivery proof to payment gateways (including PayU India) in case of disputes.
